Purpose
The Leadership In Obscurity Network exists to identify and support local leaders around the globe that are currently serving their communities and already bringing hope to the people around them. It is our goal to connect these leaders with meaningful resources of our worldwide network of volunteers, contributors, servants and leaders; in order that these local leaders currently serving in obscurity can grow their ministries to impact their villages, towns, and countries for good

Leaders in Obscurity (LIOs) are found in urban and rural areas, are predominantly poor and have little education. Many LIOs travel several days to attend training sessions offered by L.I.O.N. Ouatreach.
We are also developing significant partnerships and projects in India, Africa, The Philippines, and The Caribbean. As God provides support and strategic partners in these areas, L.I.O.N. is committed to provide leaders in obscurity with:
- Biblical/Theological instruction
- Leadership skills training
- Multimedia and print resources
- Financial planning and support
- Radio, Television, and Internet resources
- Networking
